FORMER FEDERAL PROSECUTOR JOINS McDANIEL LAW FIRM AS SENIOR COUNSEL

HACKENSACK, NJ – May 16, 2010 – Alan M. Friedman, former Senior Assistant US Attorney and organized crime prosecutor, has joined McDaniel & Park, P.C. ( www.mcdlaw.us) as Senior Counsel practicing in the areas of civil litigation and white collar criminal defense.

Mr. Friedman was a federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York serving for nearly two decades on the Organized Crime Strike Force.  He joined the US Attorney’s office after serving as Bureau Chief in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.  Following his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Friedman entered private practice as a criminal defense attorney and civil litigator.  He has tried more than 150 cases in state and federal courts during his career.  Mr. Friedman resides in Livingston, NJ and is a graduate cum laude of Brooklyn Law School.
